Luke graduated from the University of Sussex (UK), where he obtained a PhD in physics (2018) with a thesis titled ‘Surface Terahertz Phenomena’. Luke was awarded the Roger Blin-Stoyle Award for an outstanding PhD thesis. 

Luke joined Primalight in October 2019. Luke’s research focuses on nonlinear optical phenomena and advanced photonics materials for applications in bio-imaging, energy and structural coloration.
